She doesn't OWN the office, she just works here, just like me. We have to break in to the supply room all the time cuz we lose the key, she even showed us how to do it. So, what would be the difference? I mean, I'm not gonna take anything, I just want to break in. (Her name's not even on the door)

You are charge with deliberately destroying private property. Why would you break something like doors or windows when you donot have the key, for God's sake ask the key. Every police officer who will chance upon you people breaking inside the office will think you people are thieves or burglar yet you will tell them you work here. What an alibi. People working in the office breaking doors? Common sense isn't it?

The police wouldn't even buy your reason that your own boss is doing the same, she too will be charge together with you people in breaking & entering such an office. Not even your own reason that the key is lost, then why is it we got duplicating shops for keys for? Even if you will not take anything there, THAT IS NOT THE POINT there. The DIFFERENCE is you donot know what is WRONG and what is RIGHT either. Your boss is on vacation, yet you keep on breaking the door of the office without taking something or delivering any stuff. If this is the way going inside the office you people are in the wrong style in coming in to work. You are looking the inside of a jail cell for 3 months.

What a BRAIN you guys have huh? Even a 10 year old boy or girl would figure this out as illegal.

So, her name is not on the door !! If the door is locked, it
doesn't mean COME ON IN.
. If you damage anything it is called vandalism. If you get caught by management, kiss your job good by and be prepared to look at criminal charges.
I suggest you take some time off, and grow up.

if it's determined that your actions are theft against the company then definitely. ofcourse your boss would have to adknowledge that it was theft. the owner would have to press charges most likely.
