It's actually Creole, not Spanish. The first movie it was in was "The Waterboy", but it's been used in several movies since.

This is a signature saying that Adam Sandler has written for his actor/friend Rob Schneider to say in many of his movies.

They include: The Waterboy, Little Nicky, and other Adam Sandler produced films that he wrote.

Sandler has a cast of loyal friends that he has known since college that he usually writes repeat roles for them to appear.
This group of friends includes: Steve Buscemi, Rob Schneider, Allen Covert, Peter Dante, Jackie /Titone Sandler(his wife), and a few other regulars. With the exception of Drew Barrymore, the one person that usually changes is the girl who plays his love interest, because his wife is smart.
