lockout-tagout systems
hearing protection
control of chemical spraying or painting
control of tripping hazards
clearing of walkways when it is snowy to prevent slips

Keep debry off the floors. Check electrical cords in good shape. Fire exstingreshers handy and checked. Chemicalss in a safe place labled and what to do if they get on you are ingested. And when allelse fails read the directions.

depends what the job is. If your delivering pizza, dont drive 100 miles an hour. If you are driving race cars, then drive as fast as you can
