How come everyone treats 13 year olds asking relationship questions like they are 5 years old?

most kids my age have dated, kissed....umm well u know.......i mean last year there was a pregnant girl in my middle school...and rumors of others

yet we still get treated like we're 5 by some answerers and get told to play with our barbies

Because we are older, got experience and most of us are mature and we know that at your age (I guess you are 13 years old) people use to be soo dramatic at some situations that are very simple to solve and because teenagers want to act like adults when the reallity is that they were little kids just a few years ago!!!! so sometimes we (older people) act so sarcastic at those little situations exposed by teenagers.

Just because you are 13 does not mean you are an adult, or anything close to an adult. There are some 21-25 year olds that do not act like adults.

At the age of 13 you have no business being in any relationship other than a friendship. When you start having boyfriend's this early it simply puts you in that statistical category of most likely to have pre-marital sex which leads to sexually transmitted diseases and unwanted pregnancies.

well because you are still young and still children, just because some of u try to act like adults by having sex and doing stupid stuff that you are too young to understand, doesn't make u an adult, when u ask questions about adult issues that u shouldn't be worried about at this age people are goin to tell u to go play wit barbies or whatever cause its better u do that then goin out and havin sex, i don't see anything wrong with 13 yrs olds dating and kissing but nothin more then that, so when some little 13yr old girl is asking a question like " i want to have a baby" people ain't goin to be like oh thats nice, ur young so ur gonna be treated young deal with it

First of all, most young teens on here are about as grammatically correct as most five year olds I know. Second of all, maturity levels usually shine through the questions you are talking about. Again, most kids on here have the maturity level of a five year old.Third of all, thirteen year olds don't know anything about relationships. The questions asked just seem like the only proper response would be a sarcastic remark or a "Wait until you are older" response.

hi, there - i would say several reasons - 1st of all because u ARE 13 - 2nd of all (and the main reason) is because we absolutely CRINGE when we see you making the SAME MISTAKES we did - at an earlier and kinder time; but still dangerous to make ; , people really still care u know - don't ***** about it; just listen and learn - we know y'all young kids have been exposed to way 2 much! and we don't want ya hurtin' like we did!! - not all advice will be good, or even what you would call respectful - but, read, listen and learn - pick out the things that are most helpful to you and make sense - and enjoy your life!!

they have forgotten what they felt when they were 13 or they know what they did when they were 13 or they are trying to protect you from ruining your life. things will get way better in a couple years and a few years down the the road you will have kids of your own asking the same question. be pre pared to answer their question

because some of us think that 13 y.o. shouldn't be pregnant you should be acting like 13y.o.'s. play grown folks games and you're gonna get treated like an adults and then you'll be crying i'm only 13! you can't have it both ways. don't be in a rush to kill your childhood because when it's gone it's gone. think about it....and i'm not telling you to play with you barbies. i'm asking you to look at it logically, like a young lady should.

because at 13 you are still just a child, kissing and ..."ummm well u know" doesnt make you an adult and you just cant understand the full consequences of your actions now. there is nothing anyone here can say to you to make you understand, but when you are 28 you are going to have many, many regrets for not being achild when you were a child.
