As I approach 40, I'm starting to think I'll never find "the one". Face it, my prime is behind me now. :(

Yes, because I feel like I never want to look again.

Yes, Hon I did. In 2002 when my fiance was killed. And now here it is, 2007 and I have a great guy who loves me very much. I totally gave up even trying, didn't want to find love, but it found me.

Yeah this is true, a little...This is because you left yourself vulnerable. After my first, I started to listen and pay more attention to all the warning signs. You also learn to not be so open.It will "jade" you if you let.The biggest and best advice I can give you is just to hold on and be more selective into who you let into your heart this time.I have faith that everything will work out for you, if you help yourself as well.

Yes. But I lucked out when I met my husband. Now I don't think there's anyone else out there that could love and protect me like he does.
EDIT-- to Jim below me: You're still SO young! And haven't you heard? Forty is the new 30! Don't be so hard on yourself!

I'm pretty convince I'll never find another girl like her... I can never love others the way I did with her...

I haven't even found it for the first time. I am not worried though, I'm only 19. I have plenty of time for it to find me.

Oh sure, that happens. It has happened to me a few times. The trick is to just get up, dust yourself off, and keep on truckin', Roz. Rock On!

Yes, I feel like that now. I feel like there is nobody out there for me, but that is ok. I like being single, for the most part. =)

I did once after a horrible break-up of a long-term relationship....
I was wrong! I found my wonderful hubby about 10 months after that nasty break-up
