Double majoring in almost anything is hard. Both classes will require different courses for graduation, adding heavily to your course load. The fact that they're related subjects may help a little bit, but at a prestigious university like Stanford, it's definitely not going to be easy. Get a job after your first semester if you feel you have enough time for one.
