last winter, we were leaving the storage facility and the road had more than an inch of ice on it. I came down hard too...ouch.

About ten years in the past I used to be taking the rubbish out while I fell and broke a rib. It occurred so fast I do not even know the way it occurred, I used to be simply laying there watching up on the sky. I had on steady footwear however I do not know if it might have mattered. I discovered then that ice will also be treacherous and unpredictable, no caution, no threat to react.

about 5 years ago when i lived in Okinawa..........i have lived all over the world............. it wasn't fun..... falling on ice hurts more that if you fell on the road.
