*ance at getting health care as well? The rich can afford it anyways. They should pay MUCH more because they don't need extra money anyways. And then we can have a system that benifits EVERYONE! It works great in Canada and Sweden and I'm pretty sure other countries as well.

KK, do movie stars, actors, etc deserve all their money? It isn't always like that. Do rich capitalist scum who love exploiting their workers deserve all their money, while they pay their workers less so that they can make a profit off of their work?

You see, it is the rich that end up hiring people in our country to work. If we tax the balls off of them, they will simply take their money out of this country and merely invest it in a more tax friendly environment. Any of the taxes we receive will be gone. Now then.... I think the rich do need to pay more in taxes. That is only fair. To tax them dramatically more would cause investment to pour out of this country.
Actually, the US has plenty of money. It just spends it ridiculously. If I ran my business like the government runs itself, I would no longer be in business. Those that are rich got that way because of hard work. I am by no means super rich, but if I decided that I was taxed too heavily, I would no longer invest inside the US. I would invest in other countries and get a larger Return on Investment.
Tax the rich by all means.... Just make sure it is done fairly.

enable's start up with each and all of the millionaires in Congress and the White residing house. Then paintings our way around to each and all of the media moguls and the rich athletes, first. What approximately billionaire foreigners like George Soro's who throw their left wing money around manipulating our political technique. What area of "tax human beings making $one hundred,000 a year" sounds rich to you? that is who is going to get hit the worst, watch and spot. in case you think of that elitist communard interior the White residing house cares with regard to the undesirable, you're regrettably improper.

Has this victem mentality made you a happier person? Has it in anyway created wealth in the world. My little brother lives in a country that has universal health care. The masses wait for their health care while the rich pay their own doctors & receive it in a timely maner.
Russia attempted what you are asking for they got empty shelfs & long bread lines. Do your homework the sound bites are shallow, but sound great.

K.K. made a valid point. Here is mine; I am neither rich, nor poor! I work 40 hours a week. Because of my employment, my employer pays for most of my medical insurance. I cover the rest. Why should I, my employer, or the government step up and pay for coverage that someone could already have if they just started to work and be a productive member of society?

So what your basically saying is the rich should be punished for having too much money or don't deserve that money, but the poor people who never go to college and never work should get money without earning it? How is that fair?
Who the heck are you to decide who DESERVES their money? Whoever works the hardest for it is the one that "deserves" the money.

I really don't understand what makes you think you should decide what happens with other people's money. It's still theft, even if the person you steal from can afford it.
The rich deserve the money they earned a lot more than you do.

No, just take capitalism out of hospital care and pharmaceuticals, making insurance affordable. No one but doctors should be allowed to profit of the sick and dying.
