where can u get cheap ballet flats??

also, would u where ballet flats when it's snwoing? if not, what are other shoe ideas??
plus, where do u get cheaap and nice looking boots?

payless if u have one where u live. u can get boots around $40. they also have flats there that are around 20-30 if u get stuff on sale it will be even cheaper. i no the payless near me has a sale buy 1 get one 50% off

Gojane.com has tons of shoes and i don't think any shoe is over 40 be it a gorgeous boot or flat.
And no, flats wouldn't be a good choice for snow.
Either boots or sneakers.
but boots are way cuter.

for the flats, u could probly get them at walmart for less than 15 bucks. and yes its dumb to wear flats when its snowing! wat kinda question is that. for boots, burlingtom has really low prices. also, marshalls has very nice shoes(flats and boots) probly less than 20 bucks
