I am on the pill three months after interrupting usage and had this month a weird period?

First of all it started on Friday, two days after I stopped the active pills and then stopped and restarted very light after two days and then stopped, never happened before any ideas? I also have been having a light brownish discharge all month.

This discharge can be a result of stopping the pill and then restarting. I've had this happen before but it only lasted for a week. I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
