I just bought some (vegan) cream cheese I plan to have as an appetizer this holiday weekend: spread on cracker and then dip in rasperry chipotle sauce. Yum! It's also good to have crackers, cream cheese, and chopped olives. FYI Milton crackers are my favorite.

Pepper jelly on top of cream cheese and served with crackers.
In icebox pies.
In Danish pastries.
Mixed in with smoked oysters, green onions, Lea and Perrins sauce, garlic and onion powder, salt, & mayonaise to eat with crackers or as party sandwiches.
On Bagels
Used in many appetizers.
Etc.

You can use it in spreads - combined with other cheese (like in a spinach and artichoke dip).
You could put in in a cheese cake recipe.
But, I have it with bagels, smoked salmon, capers, red onion and a squeeze of lemon...

I'd be willing to bet that Philadelphia Cream Cheese company offers lots of recipes and uses on its website.

Besides bagels?? Can't think of anything else I eat it on straight. But I use it to make a mean cheescake!
Actually I usually use neufchatel because it is lower fat!

um gram crackers

try this i no it sounds gross but its sooo good

1 take a slice of thin turkey and open it up

2 take cream chease and put it in the middle

3 then take a dill pickle and put it in the center of the cream cheese

4 wrap it up like an burrito and cut it in half
