You are going to need something like BGAN

There are a few of these "Global Satellite" providers around. I will warn you ahead of time, bring a large wallet!
They usually have places that will "rent" the equipment to you for use on short duration etc. Will allow connect anywhere!

You already have world wide internet access because you are on Yahoo. In Vietnam it is very difficult to find a computer to use except in big hotels and resorts. Maybe in the bigger cities you may find a computer internet cafe. But also the keys may be Vietnamese.
