Yes , she has probably started menopause. She should see a doctor to have a blood test to be sure. A doctor can advise her on how to deal with hot flushes, irritabilty etc. or he can put her on HRT (hormone replacement therapy) which will help the symptoms of menopause.
Best of Luck

As long as she isn't pregnant with a change of life baby, then this could be the start of menopause which means she's actually perimenopausal. The true definition of menopause is for a woman to not have a period for 12 months in a row. If at any time she has a period, then she has to start counting the 12 months all over again! Only AFTER 12 months have passed is she considered to be menopausal and not able to get pregnant any more. Some women feel better on hormone replacement therapy, but there are risks and benefits that only your wife can weigh. Check out all options.

yeah sounds like it mate, and i could tell you there is worse to come, my mrs has been going through it what seems like forever, but not all women are the same as some women can get through it with hardly any symptoms, while others like my mrs get every one,the screaming and bawling arguments, the hot sweats, and she wont take the medication that you can get for it as it makes her put on weight,im sure if your mrs goes to doctors he can sort her out,as my mrs is just one of the few that get it real bad.
