probably GOLTv, FSC (Fox Soccer Channel), and if you have local channels that are in spansih they will always have some games... espn might but i dk, they are gay and dont really show soccer
i watch my soccer on goltv or fsc, i just saw spain vs sweden on fsc the other day... great game

If you are asking in the U.S., ESPN/ABC has the rights to it, but I don't think they are going to show it.
