A guy at work has got me started doing this.If something is racy, he shakes his right hand(palm side down) with his lips puckered while he is sucking in air and go "ooooouuuu".He says he is indicating something might be too hot to handle. LOL

If you said something racy you shouldn't have to imply it. The words should stand alone.

I usually look heavenward and say nothing....IF I say something racy to someone, I don't expect to insult them, for I know them well enough to say what I want to say. IF I have just met them, they send out vibes that let you know how far and how racy you can be and still be funny. It isn't that hard to figure out. Racy, to me, is meant to be funny, not vulgar...I really don't like vulgar. Phil

I tend to raise one eyebrow or use my mouth a lot, if that makes sense? I never wink. Hey, I don't usually make racy remarks anyway. Oh well sometimes.

I don't deliberately say racy things (people tend to forget that ministers are human too) but on occasion I let something slip before I realize what I'm saying. So, I've learned to look VERY INNOCENT and hope that they let it pass.

A wink may be the best way to get your point across in this type of situation.

A side glance and a little smile, as I'm turning to walk away.
