Before you begin to throw anything into your body you might want to check with your doctor to see if supplements will benefit you at all. The majority who use vitamins daily get little benefit when their regular diet is healthy and varied. The same could be true for supplements. Pays to check.

When I was in high school I just took gnc protein. I didn't know much. When I played college football I took muscle milk but learned that there was an ingredient that would make your drug test positive, thats why they have muscle milk collegiate. Anyhow Now that I've learned about eating right and working out properly I take Isopure, when I'm cutting, or trying to get my abs to show I take Isopure zero carb, when I'm in the off season like winter I take Isopure Mass. I also take a multi vitamin, Mega men from GNC will work. Be careful what you take and I've never heard of that supplement that the other guy recommended you. Be careful with GNC because they promote a lot of things to me and my teammates that personally I don't think football players should be taking. Also more info can be found at my source. Hope this helps you.
