He performed plastic surgery on Kanye West's mother. Should he face charges? Opinions?

I had liposuction and I had to stay in the hospital aftercare facility for 24 hrs with nurses checking me every hour. Dr. Adams sent Mrs West HOME after a much for complicated surgery. He sent another woman home too (saw it on TMZ). That was very irresponsible of him.

I don't think he should be charged with anything unless the autopsy results (which can take weeks) indicate he was at fault, or somehow negligent. I do think she should have been admitted to the hospital for observation following her surgery. Had she been, she probably could have been saved.

Only if he was practicing without a license or misled her in some way, but how is that proven??? ... surgery is always a risk... patients know that.
