I added a page to my website. Google already knows it (PR 3). Should I wait for Google to find the new?

page on its own, or resubmit my site (or just the new page?) to Google to speed the process? Pro/cons of each approach? Thank you.

No need to re-submit the whole site however if you have submitted a sitemap, you should re-submit a new one.
Otherwise it will be picked up on the next crawl without you having to do anything.
