I have a Toshiba Satellite M70 laptop. I found a virus in my system few days ago and i cant get rid of it... I cant use the internet (im writing this from my PC, not the laptop), lets say i pretty much cannot do anything. So, what i m planning to do is to restart my whole software, get it like it was the way it was the first time...
So, are there some procedures i need to follow,

OR HOW DO I RESTORE MY COMPUTER?
OS - Windows XP.

Your laptop should have came with 2 restore disks. They have directions on the back. Use them. But remember when you restore your computer everything will be deleted.

Read The Friendly Manual (RTFM) for your laptop and follow ALL the installation instructions and Recovery “How To's” to the letter.

Still Stuck? Call the manufacturer for tech support.
