okay so I have a crush on a guy and vise versa. But he drinks and smokes. It doesn't bother me much but should I tell him I love him no matter what even if he is 21 and I'm 15 going on 16?

If you are in the United States, you need to avoid getting involved with a 21-year-old. I know it doesn't seem like such a big deal to you, but if it's meant to be it will work out when you are old enough that he doesn't risk going to prison over it.
In many states, if you are under 18 and he is more than 2-3 years older than you, if he does anything with you he can be convicted of statutory rape even if you consent to it, and even if you don't do anything naughty he can still go to jail if he does anything romantic with you (even kissing, going on a date or talking about drinking) or if he gives you a drink or a cigarette, or does anything that your parents disagree with regarding how you are raised. Sometimes even if your parents like him, under the law he might still be charged by a prosecutor.
You don't need that kind of risk, and if he's 21 he should either wait until you're 18, or stick with girls his own age and let you stick with guys closer to your age.
In 3-4 years, age won't be a big deal. But right now, both in the eyes of those of us who have been where you are, and in the eyes of the law, you need to do the right thing here, not just what "feels good" in the moment. You'll thank yourself later, I promise.

Girl!!!!! You probably had help spelling the word love. You are too young for him. Do you want to see him locked up and away for 15-20 years? If not stay away from that man. You're still a little girl in a grown up world. Stay in a child's place.

much advice on this. you are way too young for him it will pass and you will find someone else more suited to you. drinking is totally wrong and some can't stop. if hes into thsi big time you will see no peace and it could be very bad in the future. take time and take a deep breath. you needto realize there are so many guys out there and its best for you to explore them and your age and get moving instead of going with older men wait till you are 18 and then go for it that way you will be older and know more take care

Well i started going out with my ex a week before my 16th birthday and he was 21 it didn't last long only 5 months b4 a found another guy!
then with my boyfriend i have now ive been with him for 4 years started with him when i was 16 he was nearly 24 and we are still together and have to kids together.
I think age shouldn't matter as long as you to like each other and you shouldn't care about what other people say

!! OMG !! You are to young its called jail bait. And it don't matter if you are gonna be 16 the point is you are still a miner. You just need to get over him and find someone your age and same for him.

You don't love him, why would you tell him that? You are too young to love him or anyone in the way you are talking about. Slow down, enjoy your life, you have plenty of time later to get wrapped up in love....and never tell someone you love them "no matter what", that is a lie.
But if you do tell him, be prepared to lose him. Let him tell you first ALWAYS, if you don't want him to run, men (boys) are slower than girls, they scare easily. Play it cool, respect yourself and play the game the way it should be played...
