OK SO ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO I WAS CURLING 45'S ON EACH SIDE OF AN EASY CURL BAR(115) FOR 2 REPS. AND 35'S FOR 7-10(95 LBS.) ITS BEEN A LIL WHILE SINCE IVE WORKED MY ARMS OUT AND I WWENT TO THE GYM TODAY AND I COULD ONLY MUSTER OUT 25'S FOR 10(70 LBS) AND 35'S FOPR 3 (95 LBS).(caps =p) so do u think its my off day. i went into the gym after not eeating one thjing that day could that be why. i felt like a puny kid attempting a weight i couldnt do but i really could curl 115 or atleast i was able to =\ oh and a side question... dont u just hate when the gay(literally) guy who works at the gym comes over to u and tells u that ur lifting a shitload of weight and he thinks u should lower it so u do not hurt urself. i mean i am 6'3 and 170 pounds so im not huge or cut really, but i havee an incredible amount of strength so it pissed me off that while i was about to db press the 100 pound dumbells in each hand he told me to put them bk and work with 50's. and he talked down to me like i was new
