Yes, they can. If you suspect your bunny has fleas call your vet and ask for an opinion from him.

Please do not use any powders or sprays on any animals! They can cause eye and ear irritations, rashes, respiratory ailments, are absolutely toxic and can cause death. Not to mention they do not work at all for killing fleas. If your rabbit is in the house and you have no other pets, you really shouldn't have a problem. If you do have other pets make sure they are all given a medication such as frontline to ensure they do not bring the fleas to the rabbit. Clean their cages daily and you can give rabbits a bath occasionally with special mild formula rabbit shampoo. Some love it, others hate it. If the rabbits are outside, if you live somewhere it is getting cold you probably won't have a problem right now. Check with a local vet who sees rabbits if you don't already have one and ask if they have special medications like for dogs and cats. I'm not sure since we treat all our other animals and have never had a flea problem. Just please-no powders or sprays! Good luck.

Yes, they do get fleas. I don't know what the first answerer is talking about, rabbit fur is no thicker than the fur of many cat breeds, it does not make them safe for fleas.
You need to get some Advantage Rabbit from your vet if you have a rabbit with fleas. This is the only flea treatment for rabbits I know of that actually works.

Yes, they can get fleas. I have 2 cats and 2 dogs as well and I try to keep there invasion of fleas down with Front line and a bath with Flea shampoo every two weeks. I see occasionally one or two fleas on my two rabbits but not more, since I'm really after
the maintenance to keep cats and dogs as flea free as possible.
Fleas don't come just falling from the sky, so I assume you have some other pets as well. So please keep them free of fleas and you will never have any big problem with flea invasion on your rabbits.

Yes rabbits can get fleas especially if left in warm climates and/or dirty cages. If you think your rabbit has fleas you can get a special flea powder for use on rabbits at a petshop, and also seek some advice before using it. Never use flea products intended for cats or dogs.

Their thick fur normally prevents them from getting fleas. If, however, they do get fleas you need to see your vet about a way to get rid of them. Most of the stuff that is sold for fleas (either over the counter or from a vet) is highly toxic to rabbits and will kill them.

Rabbits can get fleas... you can treat with any flea powder that is safe enough for cats or kittens. You can use Advantage on Rabbits, but DO NOT USE FRONTLINE (it's been known to sicken or kill rabbits). You have to treat the environment (cage/coop, carpets/house, etc.) to prevent a re-infestation.
