Assuming that you are American, if your American boss decided to sell his store to a foreigner (Indian) would you quit or continue working at this store, for a foreigner? Why?

Many people work for foreigners, if you consider foreign-owned companies (the large ones). Ethnicity/country of origin has little to do with ability to manage (with a few caveats). What does being a taxpayer have to do with it? The "foreigner" is a taxpayer as well.

Sure. I'd give everybody the benefit of the doubt. For instance.

Recently I quit a job because a new boss was promoted for mine that left. I thought he was horrible so I found a new job. And so happens. My old boss was a foreigner and the new one was american. Bottom line. Where they came from has no bearing on anything.

i would continue because you never know if their a better boss than the original
