I easily do no longer think of instructors are overpaid. in case you calculate the variety of hours that instructors certainly paintings interior the college a week and divide that by potential of the weekly sales, it does not look that undesirable. regardless of the shown fact that, you need to evaluate the countless hours that instructors spend outdoors of the college room making waiting, grading, helping scholars, and so on. instructors do no longer gets a commission for beyond known time hours. by way of no longer-so-beautiful sales that instructors get carry of, the occupation attracts no longer-so-helpful human beings and academic degree classes that are no longer complicated. i'm at present pursuing a level in training, and on a similar time because it could be advantageous for the sales to be greater, i'm no longer that unhappy with it. i'm going to consistently have weekends, holidays, spring wreck, and summers off. Plus, i'm going to be paid much greater when I get carry of my grasp's degree. regardless of the shown fact that, I understand that there are countless incompetent instructors that don't earn their wages. it somewhat is why i'm in choose of advantage pay for instructors. this way the teachers are paid in keeping with how good of a activity they do.

Another vote for teachers. I think they should be paid enough that people will compete for the jobs, instead of the positions just scraping up anyone with enough self sacrifice to take it.

The people who I think need a big pay raise are our military personnel. They are the ones who are truly under paid. They risk life & limb ever single day & get paid very little to do so.

I'll have to say that the teachers in my school district area are lazy, so in my opinion they get paid too much or maybe just enough. I also think that they feel that they are going to get paid whether they do their job or not, so why bother with the kids who have a hard time. Their lack of desire to teach shows up in our state test, as of right now we are one of the worse school districts in the greater tumb area of Michigan.

I also think fire personel should get paid more, my husband is a firemen & gets paid $15.00 per call. So that's $15.00 for risking his life to save another.

Preschool teachers. I had earned an A.A. Degree in Child Development and worked 26 years and my top pay was $11.25 an hour. It was for a non profit Church Based School.
