Of the Name Alivia, Aleevia, Aleighvia? Like olivia but not... or any other names that have the sound Lee in them...?

I would just stick with Olivia. Those spellings scream uneducated, just trying to be "different" mom.

Aleevia sounds like a headache medicine.
If you were picking Alivia/Aleighvia I'd just spell it Olivia. Much more distinguished and full of style and spunk.
