what sort of tank, water, filter and lighting do the fish need? any information would be helpful, thanks

Angel fish need at least a 15 or 20 gallon tall aquarium. (They prefer tall aquariums, but you can get away with a normal aquarium.) They are freshwater, so...they need freshwater. lol. For this small of an aquarium i would buy a 20 gallon - 30 gallon Whisper Power Hang-on Filter. The Angel fish can get away with normal incandesent lights, but if you want plants I would jsut buy a flouresant lights.
P.S. - You can go to Wal-Mart and buy a 20 gallon aquarium kit, with everything you need in it, even a heater. For aobut $70 - $75.

Angelfish needs to be in a big tank, you can start by investing on a 50 gallon tank (planted) which should be enough for 6-8 medium sized angels, with some companion fishes like corys, dwarf cichlids, etc.
Angelfish are relatively peaceful except when breeding, they are ideal for a community tank setup. They do well in water temp of 70-78F, with pH from neutral to slightly acidic, keep the water clean and maintain weekly partial water changes. You can feed with flakes or pellets but they prefer live food.

angels are non-agressive till they get older then they can be a lil more homocidal. they need a medium tank at least 30 gallons. fish like barbs and danios are fin nibblers and the angels obviously can't be mixed with the such. these are one of the few fish you have a chance to get a taller decoration tank (hexagon,and cylinder tanks).

i noe a littel abt fishes "BUSHRA" k put the angel fish or any type in a fish tank but bfr u do that remember 2 put water conditioner for fish for 15 bfr puting the fish in lemme tell u when u feed it only feed 3-5 betta bites^_^ 3 times**** a day .........k i luv fish 2 .......T_T i killed one bfr
