Ok, so i obviously know nothing about birth control all though i've been on it so many times.. eek.
My question, which will easily be answered tomorrow, but why wait? I had been on birth control pills for two months, my man and I count on that as.. well.. our birth control method. I had my period about 11 days ago or so.. everything was fine and normal. Now.. i just moved to a new place, and i can't find my new months bc. my guess is my old roommate snatched it from me.. so im getting some tomorrow. My problem is that i haven't taken bc in the 11 days... and had warned my man, but still no change in our sexual routines. Just today i started lightly spotting... i don't think i have ovulated yet this month, and i hear that when you've been on bc and you stop taking it, spotting sometimes occurs. So, is it bc? (i hope).. or pregnancy? again i don't think i've had the chance to ovulate yet.. so. I'm leaning on more of the bc answer.. but what do you think? is that true?

Yes, the spotting and now breakthrough bleeding (which is bleeding that can act a lot like a period but isn't) can occur from stopping the pill. I've had this happen before when I've missed pills. You should be ok when you start the new pack but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
