looks like darker eyeshadow on lids lighter for highlight ,kohl eyeliner for that smokey look. false eyelashes (those couldn't be real ones) & mascara.

couldn't get a good look, but i'd think this would work:
use a very black liquid liner on the outer corners of your eyes, and then a dark gray eyeshadow. and only use mascara on your upper lashes.
