Nothing to tell. Just pretend like you're changing the timing belt. Then, when you're half way finished, stop and pretend you're putting on a new water pump. then resume pretending you're putting on a new timing belt.

And remember to check the valve timing. Depending on the type of engine, this could cost you a lot of $$$ if you make a mistake here.
