Sounds like you need a temporary custody agreement. Get a good lawyer quick--the best family law/child custody specialist you can afford, and get a separation order in place to freeze the assets as well as spell out some boundaries for custody. Some of this depends on which state you live in, but in any case the advice about getting a lawyer is the same. Don't put this off. If you don't have money, but he does, then come up with some way to charge the retainer and get a spousal support order in place.

In the meantime, you can try to pick them up from school, but he may already have blocked it. If you can get him to agree to let you pick them up that would be best for now until you get something binding filed with the court. Good luck!

Separated... Have ANY separation papers been filed? Do so, and also stipulate temporary custody during the separation. If your husband removed the kids from the home when he left, then it's not looking very good for him. (But it's not that bad, either, depending upon his excuses.) So you'll want to make sure you don't duplicate any of his mistakes. Do it properly through the court. And get a lawyer.

Divorce court is a minefield for those who don't have the proper tools (like a lawyer).

purely you comprehend your little ones and no depend if or not they're waiting for college. in specific cases parents homeschool for the early years or while education has broken down. some also have a element time education the place the youngster is going to college on specific days. What concerns is it rather is nice for you and your little ones. have a seem around on the materials on line and in the shops, see if there are different families domestically that homeschool. Socialising would be a controversy yet, bear in concepts that as quickly as they go away college very few of their acquaintances would be their age. Homeschooled youngsters would be greater outgoing. On a favorable notice - your little ones would have the income of a classification length of two - meaning they gets lots greater artwork executed than they might in college. you will discover right this moment in the event that they have a challenge. Why not test it out throughout the vacations? Get some materials for his or her point, come to a decision what your purpose for the time would be (study the 1st e book in the set optimistically/ recognize shapes and colours) and supply it a flow! in case you come across it too lots, you could deliver them to college while term starts off. Be employer on while it rather is "college time" and luxuriate on your little ones's early years. Have an remarkable time and don't difficulty - you could learn earlier than them so which you're in no way caught.

yes, on the condition have been no court orders, especially ones that state he has custody or that u have shared custody, i also wouldnt try this if there were court orders that u know are in the works, also if there is a ppo, u would be in real trouble, i guess it boils down to if nothing has been filed in any court either one of u can do as u like, but remember he can do the same, and he can also take them out of the state if no one has filed for custody

No, there has to be a legal agreement, or one between you to to do so. And you need to be on the "list" to pick up the kids. Depends on the terms of your separation, what did you work out? If nothing you have no rights right now. You need to get things in writing with your ex right now. Right now he is considered the custodial parent.........good luck

Is it possible you ran out and left the kids with him and now feel guilty?

Leave the kids in their home and figure out how to negotiate some visitation.

It would be just like an abandoning mother to want to kidnap them from school. Did you once stop to consider what happens after you did this?

Who has the actual custody, you or him? If it's u, sure. if it's him, maybe. Do you have any legal seperation papers saying who has custody of the kids? If he has custody and it is in writing, he can have you arrested for kidnapping and interferring with a custody order. Check you paperwork before doind something like this.

Don't just show up at school, you could be charged.
