Hi im in 5th grade 10 years old and my 2 best friends and i told our 2 friends Vinda and Michelle who we like and they promised not to tell and Michelle didnt tell but Vinda did.She told 1 of our friends Lei.We trusted Vinda =(.And Lei asked us not to tell Vinda cuz Vinda asked her not to tell.And whats even worst about it is she lied because after school 1 of y best friends was walking with me and she went up to Vinda knowing Vinda told Lei.She said,"Somebody told Lei who we like!'' Then Vinda said,"Yeah?'' Then my friend said,"Yeah how did she find out who told her?" Then she lied and said,"I dont know she probably already knew." That was the biggest freakin lie we ever heard!We thought mabye at least Vinda would tell her thats why she did that! But no she still lied! What do you think we should do? We cant tell her we know she told Lei because she told her not to tell us she told Lei so Lei asked us not to tell!HELP PLEASE

Thanks.glitterg shes not her best friend though and she couldnt have over heard us cuz we satayed after school to help our starbase teacher and she already left

Its OK, Vinda seems like the gossip girl. Just try to forget about her problems, & try 2 start out new with her; at least give her a second chance. That's what happened in my fifth grade, but now I'm best friends with the girl who told my friend who I liked. Maybe Lei was lying, & that she overheard your conversation, hey that can happen sometimes. Is Lei Vinda's best friend???? If she is, then that's probaly why she told her, then. Maybe they made a pact that they would tell them everything, or maybe vinda told lei who you liked in exchange 2 know who Leiu liked..... Just tell yourself that you learned your lesson & that you will not tell Vinda anything very very impportant, ever again.

Look don't worry about it. You're only in the 5th grade. Believe me there will be alot more drama to come in your junior high and high school years. And they may even result in you losing a couple of friends. So enjoy them while you can and don't let little stuff like that ruin your friendship.

that sounds like what happened to me and my friends once...we just kept dropping hints to her that we knew she was the one who did it... and then we gave up and told her we knew it was her... she denied it and we got mad... but we forgave her and moved on...
