Farting is way ruder. Think about it. If you were sitting next to someone on a train, would you rather have them fart or burp? Burping is usually less stinky also.

I think it is disgusting. Why do they think that they have the right to pollute our air with their unappetising noises and smells?? This should be restricted to places where there is no one, and I mean NO PERSON (not even any of the closest family!!) around to be offended by it. We do not live in stables anymore, thank goodness. What kind of a world would it be if we all just decided to emit our obnoxious gases where and when we like? Although, on the other hand, we should keep a little canister and burp or fart into in and use the gases as a source of power!!
