My parents think it's a really bad idea that I'm trying to hook my friends up with the guys they like. Why is it so bad? They keep saying something about people turning on me or something - what's the wrost that could happen?

There is nothing wrong with it if they ask you for help, I mean
everyone needs advice and what better person to get
if from.

Your parents are absolutely correct so please stay out of other people's personal relationships because it could backfire on you - and that would not be fun. Listen to the voice of wisdom and trust the good judgment of your precious parents.

It is not nice to be busy body about love lifes of other people. These people can find their own love. So your parents are right.

Make sure both friend what to meet, and you fine but yes it can backfire on you I would do it if they were right for each other

I think it is wrong.
If they really are meant to be together, they don't need your help.
They could end up being terrible for each other, and blaming it on you.
