My husband's sperm count is 37 million with 80% mobility after 5 days of abstinence. I will likely ovulate tonight. We had i/c last night but we're trying to decide if we should refrain tonight in order for his sperm to replenish. What do you think?

Go for it tonight. You want the sperm already there when you ovulate. The sperm can last a long time. Good luck!

After 3 days sperm starts to die off...so that could be why only 37 million. I would probably do it tonight as if you do ovulate tonight it is your last chance. It only takes one little swimmer to make it. If you weren't going to ovulate until tomorrow I would wait but since you think it will happen tonight I would say go for it.

They told me only to have sex every other day, and that your body holds sperm for more than a day, so hopefully last night's job did the trick. It's a gamble either way, I guess, do you feel lucky?

When it doubt, have sex. Don't overthink it.

Have fun doing it - that's the key. When you analyze it too much, it's not productive.

Relax. Have a glass of wine if you choose, let your hair down, get romantic. Don't just 'try to conceive'.
