Royaly screwed over at work... what should I do?

Ok here is my situation...

I am 17 and have been working at a local furniture store for abouth 2.5 years. I started out doing odd jobs like cleaning etc. but last summer I got promoted to TV tech guy. Throughout those 2.5 years i have worked a constant schedule, tuesday 6pm-9pm thursday 6pm-9pm and saturday 9am-5pm at $9.50/hour. My problem started about two months ago when I decided to get involved in my school and play football in my senior year which meant that I would have to take saturdays off for a month and a half (it was not essential to have a tv tech there on saturdays, he just needed someone there to do pickups). When I told my boss this he took it pretty well (he was kind of a dick but thats understandable) and told me that I should be able to get saturday's back after football was over. He just got one of the warehouse guys to come up to the store to do pickups and he left about two weeks before I was scheduled to return. My boss then went out and hired a tv tech guy...

to cover pickups on saturdays only. Again it wasnt even essential to have a tech there on saturday's, my boss could have just gotten another warehouse guy to cover the pickups but he had to get a tech (2 weeks before I was scheduled to come back). They screwed me over even though I have been working there for 2.5 years. Even worse they didn't have the balls to even tell me that this guy was a tech, I found out through other employees.

P.S. The guy who screwed me over is my uncle...

Your boss is a dick and might have been just showing you who was boss, but he has the right to make decisions that he thinks is best for his business. If you can live with his decisions and not have it eat you, okay, if not , keep doing your best, but start looking for a new job.

Find another job. The turnover rate is so high these days. Employers don't care about anybody. If you aren't committed 110% to there crappy paying position ($9.50 isn't bad just talking in general) then they don't care about you.

I'm not really sure there is anything u can do, I mean he is the boss therefor he is in charge, but most bosses are assholes.
