today it looked like a bunch of snot in my underwear... it wasnt bloody but it was different from my discharge...how long does it usually take to lose it all??? this is my first pregnancy and i'm really confused...

It could be just end of pregnancy discharge. It may be the plug, but either way, you will probably notice a lot more from here on out. Even if it is the plug, you may just loose bits of it until the baby is born. You may not ever see a bloody show, or the plug as it is most often described. There is no set time for you to loose it all, it could be weeks! Keep in mind that loosing your plug is not an indication of labor coming anytime soon either. We are all different, and one woman might go into labor that day, another five women will go another week or two, or more..
Oh the joys of pregnancy hu? Wear a pad or liner :-)

Oh hun, i strongly believe that you are going to be giving beginning someday later at present or early the next day. I'd be surprised when you did not. Yes you'll be able to lose the mucus plug slowly. Most of the time, it does pop out that means. It did for me. Good good fortune with the whole thing and feature an exceptional supply without a headaches!!

That's it. I started losing it little by little at 28 weeks. It was gone by 36 weeks and I delivered at 38 weeks.

i had a friend who produce mucus like that and she didnt lose her child but to be on the safe side try to stay off your feets good luck
