I live about 15 minutes out of the city where our cab service is. If I call them will taxis be willing to come to my house to pick me up?

it varies everywhere, but you should not have any problem. City taxis go much furthur for calls all the time. If it is going to be a regular thing let your cab company know and they will probably assign you a permant driver for all your calls.

It depends on the city.
In NYC, some taxis only stick to Manhatten or where it is they're at.
The taxi should pick you up though if you called and they had a driver that covered your area.
