Good qestion. Probably--if it didn't bother him to put troops at risk fo he could get a photo-op the last time, why would he care about risk theier lives again?

lol- He'll pick the safest stretch of road in Baghdad, and avoid Diyala province where most of Al Qaeda's fighters are hiding out. He'll be sure that the tanks are out of camera range.
