The atomic number is the number of protons in an atom's nucleus.

The atomic mass is the weighted average of the mass numbers of the naturally occurring isotopes of an element.

The mass number is the sum of the protons and neutrons in an atom of a specific isotope of an element.

the atomic mass is the bottom number in the element square in the periodic table. it is the average mass of the protons and neutrons. the atomic number is the number of protons and therefore the number of neutrons as well. since the atom isn't declared to be an ion, it is a neutral atom with equal protons and neutrons.
look at Hydrogen:

1
H
Hydrogen
1.0079

The 1 is the atomic number - protons. So there is one proton and one neutron in the neutral atom.
H is the atom's symbol.
Hydrogen is the name.
1.0079 is the average atomic mass - the weight of the protons and neutrons added up and averaged.
