Yes/No. And why? Because sometimes some people are looking and not really seeing or is it because they are blinded by the excitement of it that they are oblivious to everything else?

I definitely do! people always say its shallow to think that way. But i dont think that love at first sight is about looks. When i see someone, its the way they act, their body language. does he blush? look away and smile? things like that are what get my heart pumping.

I don't believe in love at first sight.
I've always thought that lust at first sight is what it really is.
But what could make sense is that funny feeling you get when you first see this person, YET you can shrug it off. And the next thing you know, a couple of months or years down the road, somehow - just somehow - you end up with him/her.
The Universe works in many mysterious ways. So love between two people.. no matter what.. will still find a way to each other. Being together is a whole different thing, but finding each other is probably the best thing that everybody takes for granted.
Who knows anyway... many people are living happily ever after as a cause of literally love at first sight. But it's not just all magical like that. Even couples whose parents had fixed marriages for them still made it even though on their wedding day was the first time they ever saw each other and never felt love.

when i met my bf, we looked eachother in the eyes and we both felt an immediate and deep connection. we've been together for almost 3 years not and although we have some serious downs, i still feel that it was love at first sight. my only reservation is that when u think u may love someone from day one, u may not take the time to really get to know the person before getting serious. love at first sight doesnt mean that u and this person are really meant to be. i dont know if that makes sense but...

I wouldn't have believed it if it hadn't happened to me. When I met my husband I wasn't even wanting to like him. I had decided I like being single and I was going to leave it that way for awhile. Once my eyes met his, that was ALL it took. I've been married to him for 12 years and I love him so much!
