Here's a really easy fruit salad to make. We call it Texas Size Fruit Bowl
Take:
1 can of pie filling ( whatever flavor you like)
2 cans of mandarian oranges (drained)
1 small can pineapple chunks (drained)
2 or 3 bananas - cut into slices
1 cup of grapes - rinse first and then cut into half
strawberries ( if they are in season) rinsed and cut into halves

Mix everyhting together and put in the fridge for several hours so that it is nice and cold.

Enjoy this - it is really good and really easy to make.

I'm making pineapple casserole this year. It's so yummy. I usually double the recipe. It's good as a side dish. I've made it for breakfast before, too.

20oz can of pineapple, chunked or tidbits, in own juice
Drain pineapple and save 3 Tbsp of the juice and mix with
3 Tablespoons flour
1/2 cup sugar
Mix all together with 1 cup grated cheese

Dump into a greased casserole dish
Melt a stick of butter and mix into 1/2 cup of Ritz cracker crumbs
Put on top of the mixture
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

It's delish!
