You can learn to last longer the first time, and it will help keep your lady happy.

The interval between the first end second ejaculation is called the "refractory period." It can be just a few minutes in teenagers, but gets longer with age.

The "second coming" is normally slower - something you can use to your advantage if you gf thinks you're too fast.

What should you do? Learn to like it. It sounds as if the equipment is performing according to factory spec.

The older you get the longer between erections.

Climaxing is a physical and neurological response. Once you climax, as the name implies it's all downhill from there.

It's a muscle reaction that starts the ejaculation. In theory you could learn to control said muscle and last longer.

Practically every man (and most women I imagine) have asked this question at one time or another. Continued sexual activity will help you to maintain your erection longer. As to maintaining it after you ejaculate; that is a factor of physiology. Most men return to their flaccid state after release.

NO No if you masturbate around 4-6 hours before
Your time will be more longer that you will give her time to have her orgasm
