It is better being miserable alone than miserable with someone else.

I always prefer to be miserable alone, I have short hair so nobody is require to hold it back when I am throwing up. But if I grew my hair then I would want some one to be miserable with me

Alone, as it seems too ugly if it is something that isn't really a good excuse for misery, unless however the circumstances in which you are miserable is due to neglect. Such as starvation and cruelty, which many suffer silently with all over the world, in large groups or on their own.

Why make two people's lives miserable. Life alone has it's benefits too. There is no one to yell at but yourself.

When I'm miserable I like being alone. I don't want to drag anyone into me feeling bad. I won't answer my phone or anything I just watch TV till it passes.

Sometimes it's preferable to be alone but there are other times when you know that you'll be comforted by someone just being there quietly in the background, or by kind and wise words, by the touch of a loving hand or the feel of a warm body against yours .....
