You're a good size, if you wanted a comment on that, haha. =P
My guess is that this problem only happens when you pull your foreskin all the way back when soft, and then let the penis get erect. If so, I wouldn't worry about it.
Keep in mind that the reality is that your foreskin will most likely not be all the way back when you're getting erect. If you can masturbate fine (I'm sure it still moves up and down a little when you do that) it should be fine for sex. After all, it's only important to pull it back when soft to wash it, which should only take a few seconds.
So you should be fine.

I cannot understand all of the things you say in your question, but I think there are two problems that should be addressed: 1. If you are ejaculating quickly when you pull your foreskin back, maybe you should just leave it covered. You do not have to pull your foreskin back for masturbation or sex. Which leads to the next part of this reply: perhaps you are not masturbating enough and are just too sensitive. Most guys masturbate several times every day and you need to do this for your health and mental wellbeing. 2. If there are things stuck to your penis when you retract the foreskin it probably means you are not cleaning it properly. You do need to clean you penis every day and do it thoroughly. Otherwise you may find infections and/or odours will result.

It could be the frenulum pulling on the head, or it could just be that the head is ultra sensitive. When you're taking a shower, try gently pulling down on the foreskin to get it to stretch some more; let pain be your guide as to when to stop. It could also be phimosis, which is a scarring of the foreskin that causes it to tighten. Often, this can be cured by the stretching and from some topical meds. Worse case, you might need to be circ'd. But that's a bit extreme.

Your foreskin is probably still a little tight, which is not at all unusual in guys your age. The glans (head) is very sensitive because it hasn't been touched much before. Try rubbing it when you're in the shower, as that will toughen it a little without hurting so much. You will eventually be able to pull your foreskin back comfortably.
It's not unusual for teens to have foreskin that still partially adheres to the glans, but it always eventually loosens up. You can help it along by masturbating or just pulling it back in the shower -- not to the point of pain, but just as far as you can without it hurting. There are hormone creams that can be used in stubborn cases.
Jorge, who is the YA expert on foreskin stretching seems to be taking a day off today, so see his excellent recent answer at http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AibsbtNx00pq0ML8YHAtqiXty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20071113205533AA8d7Xw&show=7#profile-info-n3uBFN5Paa
The vast majority of guys are able to stretch their foreskins without a lot of trouble. You absolutely do not want to get circumcised -- that's ridiculous!
You'll be fine. Relax, and enjoy your intact penis!

Your foreskin opening is too tight. If the condition gets any worse it can become 'phimosis' (where the skin won't slide over the head). Be gentle with your penis, so as not to make little tears in the foreskin. This could lead to phimosis. Or you could just get circumcised (my preference). Much cleaner & eliminates the chance of developing phimosis later in life.

This is perfectly normal in people your age.
Its basically just a process of the skin needing to stretch a bit more in order to compensate for the larger head when it becomes erect. This is a process that most uncircumsised guys go through, and basically it is just something that will pass.
My suggestion to you is to pull it back as far as you can without pain, as often as possible, and over time it will eventually stretch out, and there won't be a problem
Its normal, just a matter of dealing with it.

I think when you have an erection , you have pain in the begining because when the blood starts flowing into your penis the skin around your head stretches & thus it causes pain. I went through that during puberty. Pretty normal, I guess.

BioEssays. 2007 Oct 12;29(11):1147-1158
Why circumcision is a biomedical imperative for the 21(st) century.
School of Medical Sciences and Bosch Institute, Building F13, The
University of Sydney, Sydney, New South Wales 2006, Australia.
Circumcision of males represents a surgical "vaccine" against a wide
variety of infections, adverse medical conditions and potentially
fatal diseases over their lifetime, and also protects their sexual
partners. In experienced hands, this common, inexpensive procedure is
very safe, can be pain-free and can be performed at any age. The
benefits vastly outweigh risks. The enormous public health benefits
include protection from urinary tract infections, sexually transmitted
HIV, HPV, syphilis and chancroid, penile and prostate cancer,
phimosis, thrush, and inflammatory dermatoses. In women circumcision
of the male partner provides substantial protection from cervical
cancer and chlamydia. Circumcision has socio-sexual benefits and
reduces sexual problems with age. It has no adverse effect on penile
sensitivity, function, or sensation during sexual arousal. Most women
prefer the circumcised penis for appearance, hygiene and sex. Given
the convincing epidemiological evidence and biological support,
routine circumcision should be highly recommended by all health
professionals.

Sounds quite normal for a teenager of your age, but if the pain is unbearable I'd get it checked out with a doc.
