I consider walking out on a pregnant woman the same as an abortion,it all boils down to not wanting the kid. In my experience most men are just big kids who can't stand pain or responsibility,if they got pregnant abortion laws would definately change.

yes. because the government and law is run by mostly men. pregnancy is a painful thing, and if guys went through it, more guys could feel sympathy for those wanting to get an abortion. they'd think, "oh, you should only go through that pain, if you truly want a child." well, that's what women think. guys right now only think of abortion logically as murder, only because they don't have an actual point of view.

haha. i think it would be coiol for guys and girls to switch places for like a month. it would be interesting to see the results after we changed back.

i think the laws would only change if the power structure were differently from how it is now. hypothetically speaking, if men were to be the ones getting pregnant, one can assume that he would not be as flexible and as mobile as the more independent woman. that being said, the man would thus have to be more dependent on the woman, thus thrusting her in a more powerful position than the dependent man. how this relates to ur question is how it can ultimately affect the consequences of having the woman thus becoming the central controlling figure in the man-woman structure. the woman, having more mobility and more independence in contrast with the more dependent man, thus collectively can have more say in what goes on. if they have more say at what goes on, laws of abortion would thus depend on who's on top, which logic would then imply rest with the women. going with this train of thought the laws of abortion depend on the views of the woman. as for the views of the woman, thats a tough call. if ur question was a biological reality even during the beginning of time, its answer would certainly be different from if ur question only recently became a biological reality with the present system in place.

No or maybe it would officially be illegal since guys would abort more often. Actually no because wouldn't guy then behave like girls and girls like guys. We would be the one saying it feel better without a condom and then saying hey i don't want that baby why didn't you use the pill. And guys would say i can't have this baby now i'm too young, don't have enough money, or whatever excuse a gilr uses to abort.

Huh? Which side are you on; murdering an unborn? Or in favor of life?
At any rate, the abortion laws on the books were decided by the Women's Rights groups.

You're darn tooting they would! Men couldn't stand the pain of childbirth, so they'd make abortion a lot more available than it is now.

I think so, because we would not need women and we wouldn't want the little bastards. However, there would have to be a law to keep one kid so as to populate the earth and that type of business.

Hmmm, I don't know. Never thought of that.

Male seahorses are the ones that give birth and their babies aren't murdered. Boy, they are more civilized than humans when it comes to this issue.
