I like a guy. And he is a fair bit older than me. Im 21. How old would you say is too old? (this is hypothetical he may not even be interested) can u please let me know ur age and sex so i can get an idea of who thinks what? ta

I'm 38 and my husband is 10 yrs older than me. My bf before him was 13 yrs older than me. It all depends on the person's personality as to whether age makes a difference or not, but it is true that when you get more of a 10 yr age difference you may have some differences because you grew up in different decades so you'll kind of have "cultural" or values differences.

The only negative I see with someone a lot older is that we women tend to live longer, and I don't want to be alone when I'm older. Other than that the age diff is not a problem once you're both adults.

I'm 29. When I was 21 - any guy over 30 would probably have been too old. Maybe 35 at the very oldest. My husband is 2 years old than me. I think we're a great age apart. I'm obviously female.

I think 10 years would be the biggest age gap in considering dating a person. I'm currently 33 and when I first started dating my wife she was 17 and I was 23.

Hi i am 22 and my fiance is 32. We got together when i was 18 and he was 28. To me age does not matter its how you feel. We are very happy together and now have 2 kids. I never think of the age difference.

At the age you are.....I don't think age matters, really. If you are together because you like each other, and not for another reason like money, then it shouldn't matter at your age. You are an adult!!

I would say that anyone over 7 years older than you is too old. 10 years max.
