It's just a dress.
There is nothing special about it.
Its not good, not bad. But if you went to a special occasion, it's the type of dress you would see at least one other person wearing.

i like it but u might want to try and find a dress that is less dull. find a dress with pink in it or red. then u will be sure to stick out.

its cute, the neckline might be a little too low for the colors... especially with the belt set high like that.
