I got into my email and was looking at email then all the sudden this rock_7sucks_7.fu came up but the number kept changing and changing and it ends up locking up my pc. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW I CAN STOP THIS MADNESS??

Windows Defender (if u have Windows), PC Tools Spyware Doctor and Comodo Antivirus. All are freeware and should help resolve your problems.

restart the computer
dont start messenger or open outlook
go onto microsoft - download Service Pack 2 and install it.
That should fix all your probs

You need to get a spamblocker and then get your e-mail address errased from the websites that are spaming you.
