And tells you with a dumb face and voice:

I answered: "Really? Now ask me if I care Dude" !!!
I was having a very good time with my friends, having some drinks, listening to brazilian live music when this happens !

It sound like alcohol together with a poor pick up line. Anything else you could have said may have lead to a conversation which perhaps in his mind may have lead to more perhaps, or certainly would have been a distraction for you from your friends. The only other thing that comes to mind which you may have said is to tell him "we all are but I use handcuffs and she doesn't. lol

blimey Clo, this dude sounds like a right bloody jerk !!
i would have probably said: "how nice for you dude" and "but please excuse us we are in the middle of something here"
and if he didnt go, i would have probably said, "please leave us alone"
if that didnt work, obviously, the guns would come out (biceps), i would take a stand up moment, and flex....
then the little dude would run for the hills without further messing...
