Well, the obvious answer would be suicide, but it wouldn't be very interesting, would it?
I'll say "giving up your dream and taking a quiet seat in the audience where you can just watch the world go by until the Grim Reaper comes knocking."

Not really loving yourself. This would be the root of all the other self-betrayals. If you do not love yourself you would feel justified in treating yourself with less respect, in lying to yourself, and even practicing self-mutilation. Because in your mind you "deserve what is happening to you".

'Not even trying...'. Whatever or whoever it is I want, need, desire, love, admire, like or even just think about will never come to pass if I don't at least try. Not to do so would be the ultimate betrayal to myself.

She continues to be for fairly some motives. She in all probability does not choose to stand what's surely happening and needs her existence to proceed as frequent. She is in a state of denial, perchance she is afraid to be on my own on her own. She in all probability could fairly stay in a foul subject then be on my own. for my area i could have kicked him to the decrease by making use of now!

Smoking; something that is clearly terrible for your body, your health, your well being. Betraying your own body. Ugly.....real ugly. I know I'm a fanatical closet smoker.
